1. Service Scope
UrgentGo Courier provides local, national, and international delivery services. We offer same-day, after-hours, and scheduled deliveries based on availability and service area.
2. Booking & Payment
All bookings must be confirmed through our official platforms (website, WhatsApp, or customer service line).
Payment must be made in full prior to dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept EFT, card payments, and approved invoicing for business clients.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made within 30 minutes of booking may be eligible for a refund.
No refunds are issued for cancellations made after dispatch.
Refunds are subject to review in special cases like service failure due to UrgentGo Courier’s fault.
4. Liability & Insurance
While we treat every package with care, we are not liable for losses due to force majeure (accidents, weather, theft beyond our control).
Basic liability is limited to R1,000 per shipment, unless extra insurance is purchased.
Items of high value must be declared at booking.
5. Prohibited Items
We do not transport:
Illegal goods, firearms, hazardous materials, perishable food, or live animals.
Cash or valuable documents unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Ensure accurate delivery addresses and contact information.
Properly package items to prevent damage during transport.
Be available to receive the parcel at the agreed time.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in a South African court of law.
